Officers

Kay Radford has been associated with Providence Holy Cross Medical Center since 1990, when she became a volunteer. She joined The Guild in 1991 and eventually held many offices within that organization.

Marwa Kilani is currently the Medical Director of Palliative Care at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. She’s sat on the Board of Governors of Providence Holy Cross for the last five years.

Thomas M. Mendelson is a retired real estate executive, having spent 38 years with The Northern Trust Company in a variety of capacities.

Dr. Klein is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at UCLA/Harbor General Hospital Medical Center. He completed a one-year Internal Medicine fellowship at the UCLA/West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Medical Center and practiced with the Permanente Medical Group for over 16 years. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and served in a variety of positions for the Southern California and the Southeast Permanente Medical Groups.

Michelle brings with her over two decades of diverse experience in the nonprofit sector. She has served as Chief Philanthropy Officer for Providence Holy Cross Foundation since June 2020. She has been with Providence since 2016, first as a Philanthropy Advisor at Holy Cross and most recently as Senior Philanthropy Advisor at Providence Tarzana Foundation. In both capacities, Michelle quickly engaged donors in the community while deepening relationships with caregivers at the medical centers to increase giving. She has been regionally recognized for her leadership in physician engagement and was honored as a Mission Spirit Award winner in 2018.
