She is currently a member of the Biomedical Ethics Committee, the Surrogate Committee, and the Emergency Department Care Experience Council. She’s also an active Emergency and Trauma Volunteer in the Emergency Department, and trains and supervises all ED volunteers. She has been on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2012.
She and her husband Bob have two children and five grandchildren.
What motivates your desire to give back?
To financially support the Medical Center and ensure that the community served is well-informed.
Why are you supporting the medical center?
To acknowledge the accomplishments in medicine performed by the medical and nursing staff at Holy Cross.
Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
Kay joined the Foundation Board because she considered it the ‘next step’; to support the hospital to which she made a commitment.
