Being able to perform numerous procedures in a single sterile space has many advantages. The new dual-purpose Hybrid Operating Room will accommodate leading-edge procedures and open surgeries - all in the same room. That makes it possible for doctors to explore, evaluate and treat in one location and then act quickly should a complication arise. Because they don’t need to switch rooms, doctors can conduct post-procedure evaluations immediately too.

Upon her retirement in 2006, Linda created the Linda Coale Nursing Excellence Endowment. Funds from the endowment help nurses pay for continuing education, including advanced degrees and specialty certification programs.
