Norman has been a supporter of Providence Health & Services for over two decades, serving as Chair of the Community Ministry Board, and offering leadership and guidance to the finance committee, investment committee and board of directors.
He also served on board of the Glendale Adventist Medical Center Foundation and the The United Way – Los Angeles Region. Additionally, he was Treasurer and Director of The American Heart Association and Director of the Merchant and Manufacturers Association.
His commitment to higher education is evidenced by service on the Board of Governors for California State University – Long Beach. He also served on the Loyola Marymount Board of Regents, the Advisory Board for the Pepperdine University School of Business and the Advisory Board for the UCLA Center for Finance and Real Estate.
Norman and his wife Helen have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
