She finds hospitals comforting, a place that where people who are uncertain about something, either with themselves or their family, can go to and receive answers and a plan. 

What motivates your desire to give back?
My two boys motivate me to give back.  As they grow older, I want them to learn the importance of giving and helping others. I hope that as they see me give back to the community, they will learn to do the same.

Why are you supporting the medical center?
Because Holy Cross goes above and beyond for their patients. The doctors and nurses do things for their patients that are outside of their job description.

Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
I wanted to join the foundation board so I can contribute the best I can and hopefully help the medical staff help patients and give them the special care that is unique to Holy Cross.
